OK, I have a friend that loves to torture me (joking), so I got tagged. For those, who are wondering, this is she: [link]

And here we go.

1. I love photography but recently I am doing too much of it so it's making me too lazy to be creative.

2. Living with the cutest dog in the world, namely, Patience is very calming. And she is a lady too!

3. War around the world and the way how most of the countries operate makes me thing twice if I ever want to bring my own kids into this world.

4. DeviantArt is amazing place but also a place where I spend time that I could be creating something - that would again (maybe) amaze people here on deviantArt.

5. Nature is more important than country's economy, but hey, why would we care - this won't affect us too much, only our descendants. I support Greens. It's too late anyway, but the least I can do is to try.

6. I like to think that there is lot more to myself than it seems to me

7. Meditation is one of ways to internal piece but I still don't have enough discipline to do it every day. That will change!

8. I felt like angel only once in my life. I will never forget it and always try to feel it again.

Visiting Aaron last weekend brought lots of fruit, not only we got to talk about all aspects of photography (his views are slightly different to mine but we both share the joy and feel of photography through our hearts) but got to create photographs that were different as anything that we did before.

Someone would call it "two crazy photographers".

The schedule was simple: shoot the sunset, play with nitght shots, talk as much as possible, get little sleep, wake up at 5.30am to get the sunrise, shoot, shoot shoot..

In other words, I am already looking forward to meet him again

It was also the first time I got to work with my new dedicated panoramic head and cokin filters. Great things that helped me to create better photographs.

..see it yourself and tell me if you like them or not. The set consists of night photographs, early morning above the lighthouse and after that photographs from below the lighthouse - I think they are the best from this set. Will upload them soon

The Beauty in Winter

Sunny winter, freezing winter, beautiful places and many memories are the first words that appear in my mind when thinking back about visiting my home country, Slovakia.

The uploading of the series is almost finished, it takes quite some time to go through the photographs and delete all that are not worthy (unfortunately I am libra which means it is hard for me to decide which one to kill )

The last set will go on-line in couple of minutes and then, please, drop a line or two - opinions and critique.

Workload at the moment is quite heavy in my life therefore processing couple of photographs took me almost half year but I have decided that I have to spend more time shooting what I love most (and also live from Editorial, Weddings, Parties, Products)..

A kangaroo's skeleton lies in the dirt reduced to bleached bones by the relentless forces of nature. Dead trees reach up like hands to the sky from a drought-stricken landscape. And look out for Radim's out-of- this world shots of the Pinnacles rock formations. Other images feature churning seas pounding on the WA shore and the amazing skyscape of two storms collidings -- all made more dramatic by Radim's use of latest panoramic technology to deliver wide-angle views of up to 360 degrees.
