Thats a great view and just the sort of stormy weather on the way the lighthouse was built to warn ship in.
As I am new to your work can you link me to one of your pics where you might have described your pano technique?

I don't. But here it goes: Gitzo 1228 tripod, ultimate ballhead (recently really right stuff bh-51 I think) with really right stuff ultimate panoramic setup, 5D with couple of L lenses and PTGui -> 32BIT TIFF export (from raw & ptgui) -> PSCS3 for dust retouching & contrast & color adjustments & cropping. End files are from 300mb to 900mb each, usually around 8,000px x 4,000px (some old panoramas were over 30K px wide).
Forgot, all is AdobeRGB colorspace. I am still calling myself fool because I didn't calibrate (or buy) my monitor yet. Only $100.. I am going to buy it now

Her constant presence since the formative years of deviantART has never wavered, demonstrating a natural ability to seek out and motivate those in need.
Katie's beautifully delicate artworks are elegant and instantly recognisable due to her finely tuned creative style, a clear reflection of her personality. With a multitude of journals which are thought provoking, funny and resourceful, it's impossible not to be touched by such a bright light in our community. Congratulati... Read More
